Do you test on animals?

Monica Potter Home is proud to be cruelty free. We lovingly test on Monica. Never on animals.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged when your order is received.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal payments and gift cards.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders will generally arrive within 3-5 business days from the day you placed your order. If your order does not arrive within this time frame and you would like to check the status of your order, please email support@monicapotterhome.com with your order number and telephone number.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we will email you with a shipping confirmation email that will include your tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are happy to announce that we are beginning our international shipping to Australia, Canada, Denmark and the United Kingdom. We are working on setting up our international shipping to other countries. The shipping rate is based on weight and will be calculated at checkout. All applicable customs, taxes, import duties and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer. We must declare the full value of the items in each order on the customs form. International orders must have the same bill to and ship to address.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you need to change your shipping address, please email us as soon as possible at support@monicapotterhome.com with your order number and telephone number. We cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed if your order has already shipped.

What is your refund policy?

We guarantee everything you buy from us to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship. If your item arrives damaged or not as described, we can issue you a replacement or refund. Please notify us within 14 business days of receiving your package with a photo of the damaged items for claim purposes, and we will start processing your replacement or refund ASAP. If you request a refund, we will issue the refund to you once the claim is finalized. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and are available to address any questions or concerns you may have with any item in your order. How long does it take to process a refund?

Once the claim for your request has been finalized, it generally takes 24 hours to issue a refund.

How is my refund applied?

Your funds will be returned to your credit card or PayPal account and can take up to 7 days for the credit to appear on your statement.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service at support@monicapotterhome.com with your order number and telephone number on the day you placed your order. Due to our desire to promptly ship out customer orders, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled. However, we will make every effort to cancel your order provided that it has not entered the shipping process.
