Pumpkin Face Mask
I love to use pumpkin in masks and scrubs because it’s loaded full of vitamins and antioxidants. It is such a great way to help hydrate and diminish any redness your skin may have. I like to double this recipe and keep it stored in a mason jar in the fridge, so it is easily accessible. This pumpkin face mask can store in the fridge for about a week. I use this on my face, neck and even on my hands. What is great about this recipe is that most people have these ingredients on hand, especially during the fall months. Whip up a batch and try it tonight—you’ll be amazed at how smooth your skin will feel.
2 tbsp canned pumpkin puree
1 tsp honey
1 tsp milk
Mix all the ingredients together and apply to your skin with your fingers or a beauty brush. Allow the mask to work for about 30 minutes or so. The mask will begin to harden a tad. Rinse your face with luke warm water and then follow with your favorite moisturizer. I like to do this at the end of the day, so my skin can reap the benefits of the mask all night without any makeup clogging my pores. It’s a great mask and I guarantee it will become a regular mask in your regime.
