This is seriously one of the easiest dishes to make and it packs such a presentation punch with the guests. I like to make this when I have guests over, or if I just want a light supper. This is perfect for the warmer months since you don’t need to turn the oven on. It’s a bright, clean and fresh dip that has been a favorite of mine for years. Hope you enjoy it!
What you will need
- 1 hearty French loaf
- 1 bag of frozen peas, defrosted
- 1 clove of fresh garlic
- 1 sprig of tarragon
- Salt and pepper
- 1 small log of goat cheese
Throw the defrosted peas, chopped garlic, salt, pepper, tarragon and goat cheese into a bowl and begin smashing the mixture with a fork. I like to keep mine a little more rustic, so I like to leave some of the peas whole, but if you like a smooth mixture, mash away! Once it’s mixed, simply slice the bread and slather a nice amount on the bread and serve.
