I wanted to have a little fun with Valentine’s Day this year and make cute scratcher tickets as gifts for friends. I designed a template with 3 hearts, which you can download below, and printed a few up. I really love how these turned out and I’m so excited to gift them to my friends. Here’s what you need to make the scratch offs.

HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED:

• 1 tbsp acrylic paint
• 1 tbsp dish soap
• White crayon
• Paint brush
• Paper

Download the template:

Mix the paint & dish detergent together in a bowl.

Print out the template form and write your gifts or prizes in the hearts.

After you have written the prizes into the hearts, take a white crayon and color in a heavy covering over the hearts. This will allow the paint to easily scratch off.

Once you have filled the hearts in with the white crayon, you can begin painting.

With the paint mixture, paint in each heart. Let it dry. You may need to do 2 coats to completely cover the words. If needed, paint a second coat and allow to dry.

Once dry, you are ready to gift your cards. I hope you and your loved ones have fun with this cute and unique gift. I had a blast making them!
